What is a Doula?

A doula is a trained professional who provides continuous physical, emotional and informational support to birthing people before, during and shortly after childbirth to help achieve the healthiest, most satisfying experience possible!

Customize blends of herbs (no tobacco or THC), used for tea or smoking!

My love of gardening led me to start out growing food and then expanding into herbs! I make custom blends from herbs grown in my own garden and some additional herbs purchased from exceptional growers.

What is placenta encapsulation?

In short, placenta encapsulation is the practice of ingesting the placenta after it has been dehydrated, ground, and placed into pills. Placenta consumption (sometimes called placentophagy), is a centuries-old practice. It is well-known in the area of Chinese medicine. The practice has grown in popularity around the world as more and more parents try it in hopes for an easier and calmer postpartum experience.
